Technique Details

Cox Flexion/Distraction Technique: Geared toward low back pain and sciatica, this technique uses a special table that uniquely stretches the lumbar spine. This is commonly used for more complicated disc conditions as well.

Diversified (Full Spine Technique): One of the more common and versatile chiropractic techniques, diversified consists of manual adjustments to nearly every area of the spine that are fast, yet gentle.

Palmer Technique: The Palmer "Palmer Package" technique is one that utilizes many different methods of adjusting and combines them in specific ways for a wide variety of conditions. This is often utilized for everything from low back pain to migraine headaches although it can be used to treat the more complicated conditions as well.

Gonstead Technique: Using the Gonstead method of adjusting, we identify the specific subluxations along your spine, and then use our hands approach to restore spinal alignment and function wherever subluxations are found.

Sports Rehab: Sports rehab services help athletes of all ages and abilities recover from injuries and end the cycle of repetitive musculoskeletal pain.

Activator method: A handheld tool, the activator allows our chiropractors to make targeted adjustments to the spinal column.

Webster's Technique (Pregnancy): This method aims to alleviate pelvic pressure and allow for optimal positioning of the baby by focusing on the pelvic alignment and stretching specific muscles and ligaments.

Thompson Technique: Uses a mechanical table which gently drops in specific regions allowing ones own bodyweight to align the spine or pelvis. Myofascial Release: We find specific areas of soft tissue tension and/or adhesions and manually and gently release the muscle.
